1) Your personal information (name, address, number etc).  Please include any design teams you are already on, or have been on in the past.  (You don’t need previous experience to apply)

2) A short paragraph about yourself and why you think you are a good match for Torendi.

3) Three photos of your favorite projects.  It would be a bonus if they were all different, like card, layout, altered art etc. You don’t need to use Torendi products, but it would be awesome to see them used!

4)  A link to your crafting blog that you update regularly. Also, a link to any online galleries would be much appreciated but not required.
