Speaking of Torendi, all of us Torendi Girls attended Claudine Hellmuth’s class at CHA. One of the techniques she taught us included painting a glaze on patterned paper. The Jillibean Soup polka dot paper that I used, from The Love Fool Kit, is originally black and white.

I painted a teal glaze comprised of 1 paint:2 parts matte multi-medium:1part extra time (paint extender, brand new) onto the black and white polka dot paper! How cool is that!?

On a personal note, this week has been extremely stressful! All of my volunteer positions have started for the new year, my husband doesn’t have a single day off all month, and there are submission deadlines as we speak! I made this fun banner for my boys’ room!
