Get Sketchy #1

This is Get Sketchy’s FIRST Sketch challenge ever and BOYYYYY OH BOY was it challenging for me! I’ve been working on this card since YESTERDAY! LOL!  I wanted to do a house on a hill type of thing, but the house stamps I have were too large, then I wanted to do something with a flower row, but my flowers were too small! Finally, I settled on paint, glimmermist, and some white chipboard alphas

Masculine Love

Here’s my card that I made with some of my Moxie Fab winnings!!!! Cath sent me the entire Anna Griffin Darcy Collection and I am IN LOVE It’s mod and vintage and SO ME!

On a side note, I submitted to CARDS this past call and nothing was picked up I cried, yeah I cried, but I’m no quitter! I just wanted to say NEVER GIVE UP! Nothing comes from NOT trying! If at first you don’t succeed, try TRY again! And that’s what I’m doing! I’m manning up and getting back on that saddle!

Here is another card for the Moxie Fab It’s All Green To My challenge! I always try to upcycle different materials and scraps! Upcycling can extend into your everyday life too! Like, altering t-shirts into grocery bags and cleaning towels. Or taking something and making it into jewelery! You can see all sorts of examples of Upcycling on Etsy.com I think it’s just as important to Upcycle as it is to Recycle!
